1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use Your Data
— To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and to handle exchanges where applicable.
— To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
— To communicate order updates, respond to support requests, and (with consent) send marketing or promotional messages.
— To detect and prevent fraud and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional, remember preferences, and understand usage so we can improve the experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended. Third-party services we integrate (for example, analytics or payment providers) may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties necessary to run the service, including logistics and courier partners (for delivery), payment gateways (for processing), and technology or analytics providers, each bound to use it only for the agreed purpose. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
5. Your Rights
Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable conditions, you may:
— Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
— Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
— Request erasure of your data, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.
— Withdraw consent previously given, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@cloneclothing.com or our Grievance Officer at legal@cloneclothing.com. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law (for example, tax, accounting, and transaction records). When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security practices to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
